Bad sex :(?

Every single time I have sex, it never feels good. In fact, it actually hurts a lot. I can understand why it would hurt the first time, but by like the 10th time? It's confusing and depressing. All I hear about all of the time is the amazing sex all my friends are having. What can I do differently for it to feel good? Any tricks?
